Bollywood Diwali Parties
Amitabh Bachchan’s annual Diwali party at his Mumbai bungalow ‘Jalsa’ last year, was quite a star-studded affair like every year before it. Cameras lined the road outside his residence in hopes of capturing at least a few images of the celebrities on the guest list. All the celebrities attending the party were dressed in their festive best and were greeted by the younger Bachchans, Aishwarya and Abhishek, with Aishwarya looking absolutely stunning in an elaborate pink and green anarkali by Manish Malhotra (who was also one of the guests) and Abhishek dressed in a bright yellow kurta similar to his father’s. Mentioned below are some of the best-dressed celebrities of that night.
Actress Kangana Ranaut looked quite striking in her simple yet swanky, green sleeveless Raw Mango chanderi saree.
Alia Bhatt looked sensational dressed in a Sanjay Garg designed white lehenga and blue choli.
Aditi Rao Hydari looked glamorous, dressed in a gorgeously designed Rimple & Harpreet Narula, white and gold colored, jacket style lehenga. She looked very pretty with her hair tied up in a knot along with a bindi.
Prachi Desai was one of the stars who was dressed in pale shades of pink that evening. She was quite the vision to behold, dressed in an SVA lehenga with her then newly-changed hairstyle.
Shilpa Shetty arrived at the Diwali party along with her husband, splendidly dressed in a heavily embellished pale green Manish Malhotra saree with some dazzling and eye-catchy sequin work.
Neha Dhupia, known for being a trendsetter and her boldness in experimenting and trying out new trends, sported the cape trend with a magnificently designed pink Prathyusha Garimella gown.
